Theos M. B. Sijrier (Theos)
In addition to his studio practice, over the last decades Prof. Dr. Theos M. B. Sijrier (Columbia University) has set out to develop the performance potential of gestural abstraction, in the process justly earning himself the title the king of action painting. Theos has painted to music in a range of settings all over the world from 3000-seat concert halls and galeries, and during this event will daub, splash and gesture his way across an enormous 10,5 x 2,25 metre canvas. Upon completion of this huge work it can be cut into smaller works for auction.

Ida Bagus Indra
A self-taught painter Indra has quickly established himself an international reputation for his talent in reflecting Balis unique ability to bridge the gap between the sacred and the profane. In the last two years Indras paintings have been generated directly from his spirituality and come to him from Niskala the intangible world. His works invite social commentary and provoke review of personal attitudes and stereotypes. Indra has exhibited throughout Indonesia, and in Australia, Malaysia, Singapore and Germany.
